  1. You warrant the validity and accuracy of all registration data in the Application.
  2. You hold the legal reponsibility of all images uploaded from your device.

Intellectual property rights and protection

  1. The trademarks, service marks and logos contained in the product are owned by us. You may not use, modify, publish, display, distribute, store, transmit or commercially exploit the Trademark without our prior written consent.
  2. The datasets that we have used are all labled and linked to thier authors, if you share result, you must continue to display the author profile.
  3. You acknowledge that the Application is not designed to meet your individual needs and therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that the functionality of the Product is suitable for your needs.
  4. You acknowledge that the Application may not be error-free and you agree that any errors or deficiencies do not constitute a violation of this Agreement.
  5. You understand that use of the Product is at your own risk. THE PRODUCT IS TO BE USED "AS IS" AND LICENSEE (WE) DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP AND THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR THAT USE OF THEM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

Security and Data Confidentiality

  1. All data records is protected and hosted with a reputable, secure and internationally recognized cloud service provider, and in case of host breach; We will not be responsible for lost data.
  2. Registration data from email etc. We keep in our records in order to create an ID for you.
  3. We don't assume ownership or responsibility for any images that you upload.
  4. Privacy of your data: All data provided by you or information captured by the application will not be shared with any party except as described above, unless requested by the state authorities in any country in which the application and service operate.

Termination

Both parties may terminate this license immediately at any time for any reason:

  1. All rights granted to you under this license will be revoked and you must stop using the Application and the Service.
  2. You can request to cancel your account and delete your personal data at any time by contacting the email address registered on info@menashbeh.com

Events outside Licensee's control

Licensee will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations under this License or your use of the Application caused by an event outside its reasonable control.

Changes to this Agreement

This Agreement is subject to revision from time to time, and if we make any material changes, we will post it on this webpage. Any material changes to this Agreement will be effective as of thirty (30) calendar days after our notice to you (if applicable) or thirty (30) calendar days after we post notice of the changes on our website. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Services. Continued use of our Services following notice of such changes indicates your acknowledgment of such changes and your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

Law and Jurisdiction
